By car

From Brisbane CBD 

~7 km — about a 10 min drive

Follow Kingsford Smith Drive north-east along the river through Newstead and Hamilton. Continue past Racecourse Road and follow signs toward Ascot — Lamington Avenue is just off Racecourse Road, close to the Doomben Racecourse end.

From Brisbane Airport 

~9–10 km — about a 10–12 min drive

Leave the airport via Airport Drive, then follow Nudgee Road and Kingsford Smith Drive toward Ascot. Racecourse Road and Lamington Avenue are well signposted once you're in the Ascot/Hamilton area.

From the Gold Coast / southern Brisbane 

About 50–60 min, traffic dependent

Take the Pacific Motorway (M1) north, then the Gateway Motorway toward Brisbane Airport. Take the Nudgee Road / Kingsford Smith Drive exit and follow signs toward Ascot and Racecourse Road.

By train

Ascot railway station, on the Doomben line, is an easy walk from the motel and sits right next to Eagle Farm Racecourse. Direct services run from Brisbane's Central and Roma Street stations — check https://translink.com.au/

By taxi or rideshare

The most convenient option from Brisbane Airport — about a 10–12 minute trip. Taxi ranks and rideshare pickup points are available at both airport terminals.

Parking on arrival

Limited unallocated parking is available on-site, with additional parking available on the street. Please note we can't accommodate trailers or boats, and we don't offer a dedicated long-term or airport park-and-fly service.
