What is your Cancellation Policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Do you allow pets?
Yes — our Pet Friendly Queen and Twin rooms welcome dogs. Please let us know when booking so we can allocate the right room, and ask our team about any pet fee or conditions that apply.
Is there a dog park nearby?
Yes — Ascot Park Fenced Dog Park is about a 10-minute walk from the motel, with a second fenced off-leash area at Hercules Street Park in nearby Hamilton.
Can I leave my car here while I fly out of Brisbane Airport?
We don't offer a dedicated long-term or park-and-fly parking service. Our limited on-site and street parking is for guests staying with us during their visit.
How far are you from Eagle Farm and Doomben racecourses?
Doomben Racecourse is the closer of the two, about a 6-minute walk. Eagle Farm Racecourse is a little further at around 12–15 minutes on foot, or a 3-minute drive.
Is there a train station nearby?
Yes — Ascot station, on the Doomben line, is an easy walk from the motel and sits right next to Eagle Farm Racecourse, with direct services toward Brisbane's CBD.h bullets, italics or bold, and add links.
How do I get to Brisbane Airport from the motel?
Brisbane Airport is about a 10–12 minute drive. We don't run a shuttle, but taxis and rideshare are readily available.
Are Portside Wharf or Eat Street Northshore close by?
Both are a short drive away — Portside Wharf is about 7 minutes, and Eat Street Northshore, open Friday to Sunday evenings, is about 10 minutes.
